In this exclusive video interview I had with tech legend Robert Scoble last month at South by Southwest, I ask Scoble whether he thinks Twitter or Facebook is better for businesses. Scoble, who is used to being the interview-er, (reluctantly?) seems to say that, except for tech businesses, Facebook is the way to go. He is clearly a huge fan of Twitter, however. What do you think? Big companies: Twitter, Facebook, or both? What percentage of your time and budget should you allocate to each? How much does it depend on your business or vertical? And if you’re a small business or non-profit with limited resources, how should you divide those limited resources?
